We are currently looking for a co-op to join our Contracts & Tenders team in the Richmond Hill, Ontario office.

This is a hybrid position, working 2 days per week in the Richmond Hill office. This is a full-time opportunity involving 40 hours per week. Placement is for approximately 5 months (April through August 2024).

The contracts and tenders student co-op will work closely with the Contracts teams to assist in backfilling and cleaning data for migration to new CRM system as part of TOM project and other duties as required.


Job Duties:


  • Back fill contractual information into Sales Force.
  • Back fill capital pricing information
  • Clean up expired contracts in customer folders.
  • Inactive expired contracts in Sales Force.
  • Assist with entering VOC info into SAP.
  • Review duplicate pricing in SAP.
  • Contract Pricing Quotes.
  • Oneoff RFQ (NSHA/ Quebec).
  • Back fill Win / Loss in Tender Log.
  • Other adhoc tasks.

A typical day for you will include:

  • Collaborating with your managers and team to complete role-related assignments and projects.
  • Actively engaging in and adding value to meetings and discussions.
  • Engaging in other duties, as necessary.

Job Qualification:


Required:


  • Must be enrolled in a fulltime undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited 4year institution. Preferred fields of study include Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada already.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e. work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be able to work well within a team and independently at times with limited guidance.

Preferred:


  • Hepatitis B vaccination is recommended for employees who are at risk for exposure to blood or other bodily fluids on the job.
  • Service responsibilities include the handling of products and equipment that may have potentially come into contact with blood or bodily fluids. OCI requires that all employees working in areas that may be exposed to this risk, either provide proof of the Twinrix (Hepatitis A and B) vaccination or sign a waiver accepting the possible risk of exposure from not being vaccinated. If you have severe allergies or ever had a severe allergic reaction to a vaccine please seek medical advice before taking this vaccine.
