    Responsibilities:
    • Accurately grasp customer Acceptance Criteria for Projects/Products.
    • Execute seamless Hand Over from Manufacturing.
    • Adhere strictly to test procedures.
    • Ensure coverage of all Serial Test Procedures and complete test reports.
    • Promptly address failures and oversee their resolution.
    • Thoroughly document and trace each failure.
    • Escalate unresolved deviations to the EPU Test Manager.
    • Suggest process enhancements.
    • Foster teamwork and transparent communication within and across shifts.
    • Maintain effective collaboration with Test Engineering Technician and Industrial Quality.
    • Raise concerns regarding outdated testing tools.
    • Monitor and strive to meet KPIs.
    • Comply with EHS procedures.
    • Report Deviations, Near-misses, and Accidents.
    Mandatory:
    • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Industrial activities related to Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways, or factory automation.
    • Proficiency in English.
    Assets:
    • Proficiency in IT tools and smart devices.
    • Knowledge of high-risk activities associated with Electrical work and EHS requirements.

    • Strong technical acumen in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and networks domains.
    • Result-oriented mindset.
    • Effective communication with colleagues across functions.
    • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making in complex environments.
