Johnson & Johnson MedTech Canada is recruiting for a Supply Planner, located in Markham, ON, Canada.This is a duration-based role for 18 months.

The Supply Planner is responsible for the continuous supply of finished goods for the assigned portfolio from multiple global supply locations to meet service level expectations and inventory goals.
The incumbent will lead Supply Planning activities and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Customer Service, Regulatory & Quality teams.
Globally this position is the key linkage point to the Global Planning organizations ensuring End-to-End visibility and synchronicity through the supply chain.
This person will also integrate supply information in the S&OP Cycle and will contribute to the maturity of the process towards IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
Responsibilities:
- Drive Supply Planning and Inventory Management processes for assigned portfolio.
- Ensure target inventory levels are optimized to fulfill service level targets, through the utilization of Inventory Entitlement tools.
- Be responsible for the accuracy of planning parameters in SAP APO to ensure demand and supply remain in sync.
- Actively participate in the S&OP process by leading Supply Reviews with Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance partners.
- Proactively identify and resolve directly or through business partnership any risks affecting the flow of product.
- Lead supply plan and strategies for NPI and Phasein Phaseout with business partners
- Ensure solid partnership and endtoend alignment with key stakeholders: commercial organizations, local and regional supply chain organizations (Plan, Make, Source), Deliver, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Product Management
- Own critical metrics related to assigned product portfolio (Including OTIF, SLOB Inventory, Back Orders etc.).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering is preferred. An Advanced degree is an asset.
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- A minimum of one (1) year of professional business experience is required in one or more of the following areas: Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning or Demand Planning.
- Experience with Demand/Supply/Inventory Planning systems and processes, preferably SAP APO, is preferred.
- APICS Certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a passion for problem solving.
- Proven enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity, with a passion for process improvement and lean thinking.
- Strong collaborator who can engage effectively with multiple partners.
- Highly developed organizational skills able to balance multiple high priority tasks/projects concurrently.
- Solutionsfocused and committed to action.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
