About Roy Foss:

For 60+ years, the Roy Foss Automotive Group has been a cornerstone of the community. At our Thornhill location, we service Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles. We have a large client database, and we need your help to keep up with customer demand

Highlights of the position:

Handle client service appointments.
Complete vehicle walkarounds.
Write client repair orders and assist with diagnosing service issues.
Present maintenance schedule recommendations.
Prepare time and price estimates for service and parts.
Process client payments.
Schedule future service appointments.
Support with service and parts initiatives and processes as required.
Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance
Confers with customers about inspection results, recommends corrective procedures, and prepares work order for needed repairs
Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer
Establishes "promised time." Checks with Tower Operator, if necessary

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Two to Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Automotive dealership or similar experience a definite asset
Valid Driver's License
