We are looking for Full-time/Part-time Sales Associate to join our team for Eaton Centre location._

What you'll do
As a Sales Associate, you will provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients. Including but not limited to

Greet all customers with enthusiasm and provide an amazing shopping experience with friendly and professional manner
Determine customer's need and assist them in finding suitable products
Be knowledgeable of current sales and promotions within the stores
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Performs adhoc duties as assigned

What you'll need

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and energetic personality
Strong problemsolving abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
