Job Description:
We are Solution Wholesale, a fast-growing B2B clothing distribution company serving online resellers and retail stores
Our goal is simple:
dominate our market through elite branding, elite content, and elite execution.
We are hiring a high-performance, in-house style Video Editor & Social Media Operator to manage:
- 2 YouTube accounts
- 2 TikTok accounts
- 2 Instagram accounts
- (Potentially adding a 3rd brand account within 30 days)

What We Expect (Non-Negotiable Standards)
Daily Content Requirements:
- 2 Reels + 2 TikToks per day
- Posted on BOTH brand accounts daily
- Reels must also be posted as trial reels after main grid posting
- Consistent YouTube uploads (short-form + long-form)
Turnaround Times:
Reels/TikToks:
No more than 2 hours after clips are sent
YouTube videos:
Completed within 24 hours of receiving clips
We provide the footage. You bring the creativity, pacing, captions, hooks, retention strategy, and execution.
Speed + Quality + Consistency = Standard.

- Edit high-converting short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
- Edit YouTube videos (retention-focused, strong hooks)
- Write engaging captions
- Post content across all platforms
- Manage upload schedules
- Optimize titles, hashtags, and descriptions
- Track performance
- Think strategically about growth
- Help generate leads through social media
- Clothing bales
- Pallets
- Brokerage inventory
- Bulk wholesale apparel
