Description

The Prep Cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items as well as execution on the grill, fryer, and garnish stations as well as any other areas of the kitchen.

The Prep Cook will execute all prep as directed by the Supervisor and as detailed on the prep schedule.


Essential Functions

• Execute all prep as directed by the Supervisor and Sous Chef
• Cook, prep, and expedite during peak meal periods as needed
• Comply with production quality to ensure our standards are met and assure the same from all kitchen employees
• Ensure the highest level of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Perform all functions in conformance to our standards

Knowledge and Skills Requirement
Proficiency in English

Positive attitude, team player

Ability to work well under pressure

Prior foodservice experience an asset, but not essential

Food Handler's Certificate
