We are actively looking to hire a Product Owner, Finance to join our team You will be leading the definition and implementation of the strategic product vision and objectives, ensuring the product outcomes are aligned with business objectives and strategic roadmap.

You will act as the "Voice of the Customer" to ensure the product(s) meets customer and stakeholder needs and expectations and deliver business value through achievement of Key Performance Indicators and goals.

You will be the primary business representative working on the day-to-day development and implementation of product initiatives acting as the liaison between the business stakeholders and IT resources.


Responsibilities:


Strategy and Vision

  • Creates a product roadmap that outlines the vision and direction of the product offering over time and planning execution.
  • Anticipates client business needs and illustrates a map of the customer journey to develop clear instructions and deliverables for developers and ensure stakeholder buyin.
  • Defines product goals and creates a vision for development projects to map out project dependencies, inform the development sequence, ensure alignment with business objectives, and communicate the vision with stakeholders.

Product Development and Performance

  • Coordinates the development of products (eg. plan, refine, review, and sprint) to identify and organize steps required for the next iteration.
  • Monitors each stage of the development process and the final product to inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration.
  • Tracks, coordinates, and prioritizes a product backlog based on overall strategies and business objectives.

Practice Maturation

  • Analyzes product development processes to identify areas for improvement and processes refinements and support the sprint.

Qualifications:


  • 25 years of related experience as an Agile Product Owner.
  • Product Owner activities and responsibilities in Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Kanban development architectures.
  • Business, technology and control functions and product development architecture.
  • Usercentered product design principles and quality standards.
  • Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Certification in ICP-Agile fundamentals, ICP-Agile Product Ownership, SAFe Product Owner/Product Management, etc.

Bonus Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • ICP-Enterprise Product Ownership, ICP-Agile Coaching certification is preferred.
  • SAFe Agile Product Management, SAFe LPM, SAFe SPC certification is preferred.
  • CPA designation is preferred.
