IDP Practice Lead
Location:
Toronto, Canada (onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
The IDP(Intelligent document processing) practice Lead will spearhead the development and execution of organization's IDP strategy, managing a team dedicated to automating processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving data processing capabilities across various functions.
This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to identify automation opportunities, manage the automation lifecycle, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and sustainable IDP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for IDP within the organization, aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Leadership: Lead the IDP CoE team, setting objectives, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Governance: Establish and oversee governance models to manage IDP initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee the portfolio of IDP projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to identify automation opportunities, prioritize projects, and demonstrate the value of IDP solutions.
- Best Practices and Methodologies: Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for IDP development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of advancements in IDP, and related technologies, evaluating and recommending tools and platforms to meet the organization's needs.
- Training and Development: Lead efforts to build IDP capabilities within the organization, including training programs and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and service providers to support IDP initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the IDP CoE, assessing the impact of automation efforts on operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading IDP initiatives, with a strong understanding of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and IDP technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize a team towards achieving shared objectives.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing crossfunctional projects and teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations relevant to automation technologies.

Salary:
$30.00-$35.00 per hour
