Job Purpose:
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Track progress, deadlines and priorities of all open vacancies
- Manage meeting arrangements and scheduling of appointments, both online and office based for recruitment
- Work with internal HR Systems and record keeping to assist in maintaining accurate and updated recruitment status
- Compile clear reports and feedback on interviews, in line with internal processes and recommended guidelines
- Administrate the recruitment section of the company ensuring all job descriptions posted are accurately proofread and updated versions
- Work with the Training and Development Manager to arrange and record Hiring Training sessions for Managers and Team Leads
- Maintain a high level of customer service with both internal and external clients
- Record keeping of all Recruitment related documentation, including HR Interviews, JD's and score cards
- Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents as required
- Assist with new employee welcome and orientation. This may include providing information and guidance about Curacao/Malta to newly arrived employees
- Ensure the highest quality of recruitment and selection processes are maintained, and developed further
- Build longterm relationships with recruitment agencies
- Maintain internal HR Management systems, LinkedIn, Career page and other relevant portals ensuring they are up to date with the latest open vacancies
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Support with other recruitment duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experienced in Technical Recruitment
- Able to work proactively in a team
- Strong communication skills, able to openly share ideas or information with team and keep all team members apprised of any updates to projects
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Must have good IT skills, able to quickly learn how to use new platforms and programs.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of Recruiting or HR related experience
- Familiarity with HR Management Systems would be considered an asset
- Experience in Technical Recruitment
- Experience in Sportsbook and Gaming Industry a strong asset
