Coordinator, Store Support - Toronto, Canada - Tokyo Smoke
Description
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for the coordination and execution of assets and supplies for new store openings.
- Maintains online listings for all stores to ensure accurate and uptodate information at all times.
- Liaises with all departments within Alberta Ltd. to assist with internal store support needs.
- Responsible to manage all data related to store management such as store lists, store hours, licensing, or any other location
- Develops new processes for data coordination and tracking as new initiatives arise.
- Responsible for supporting the department with regular Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario mandatory reporting, and other reports as needed.
- Provides administrative support to the department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Communications or related field is preferred
- 23 years of experience in a communication, administrative or project management role required.
- Experience working in a retail environment will be considered an asset
- Ability to work with a dynamic group of individuals in many different departments and prioritize internal communications
- Innovative thinking, high attention to detail, problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent organization and data coordination and management skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software; proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of tools
- Requires strong interpersonal skills and must be comfortable communicating with a variety of people on a daily basis, both inperson and over the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Results driven, with ability to take initiative to deliver on priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work in a team environment
Job Types:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
