Position:
Specialist, Talent Sourcing

Reports to:
Lead, Talent Acquisition

Position Term:
Full Time Temporary (12 Months)

Primary Location:
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Workplace Type:
Remote (within Canada)

Responsibilities:

Promote our employer brand online and offline.
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
Ability to build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships.

Qualifications:

College Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or other related field.
Talent sourcing experience in a highvolume or search firm environment a minimum of 2 years
Minimum 2 years of experience with applicant tracking systems (Dayforce/Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience leveraging a variety of sourcing avenues, including social recruiting channels, tech platforms like Slack and Github, networking events and campaigns.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
