Specialist, Talent Sourcing

Responsibilities:
- Promote our employer brand online and offline.
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
- Ability to build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships.
Qualifications:
- College Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or other related field.
- Talent sourcing experience in a highvolume or search firm environment a minimum of 2 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience with applicant tracking systems (Dayforce/Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience leveraging a variety of sourcing avenues, including social recruiting channels, tech platforms like Slack and Github, networking events and campaigns.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
