Title:
Executive Assistant to the President
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the President's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required by the President.
- Attend meetings with the President, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide summaries and recommendations as per the President's request.
- Coordinate and oversee special events, conferences, and functions hosted by the President's office.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for the President and other members of the College as per President's request.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with extreme discretion.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- General administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting toplevel executives.

- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and technology.
- Professionalism and ability in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities. Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Job Types:

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
