Beneva Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Annual Students to work in a call center type environment, providing excellent customer service to clients both over the phone and written, in regards to their health and wellness claims.


JOB DUTIES- Answer incoming calls from customers related, but not limited to their policies and technical issues while delivering outstanding customer service.- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining our service level agreements.- Adjudicate health and wellness claims based on each groups guidelines- Provide clients with recommendations regarding Beneva services and products- Understand the various federal and provincial government health related programs in order to accurately answer requests and/or refer the insured to the appropriate resources.- Create, maintain and revise customer profiles and history- Perform the necessary research to respond to various requests coming by phone, or written correspondence.

This may include communicating and working with other department in order to obtain the necessary information- Regularly participate in continuous training to maintain and update their knowledge and making sure that the information provided to customers is accurate.- Interpret customer requests and needs in order to provide management with suggestions for improvement.- Participate in group activities organized by management.- Perform other duties upon request.
