As we continue to expand our product offerings and enhance user experiences, we are seeking a skilled Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our finance team.

Reporting to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving SALUS's financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Role Overview

As the Director of FP&A at SALUS, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.

You will provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations to drive business growth and financial efficiency.

What You'll Do

Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting processes.
Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans aligned with SALUS's business objectives.
Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
Working closely with our Corporate Controller to deliver historical financial reports.
Provide indepth financial analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to support decisionmaking.
Develop key financial models and scenarios to evaluate potential business initiatives and investments.
Collaborate crossfunctionally to provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business performance.
Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and analyses to senior management, Board of Directors and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

7+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
Proven experience in a leadership role, overseeing FP&A functions in a dynamic environment.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
