    Job Responsibilities:

    Reporting to the Mobile and Fixed Equipment Maintenance Manager, the Fleet and Plant Coordinator is mainly responsible for supporting the Maintenance team through the whole Maintenance CycleAdministering the fleets of mobile equipment (Licensing, Safetying and tracking of ready mix trucks, yellow equipment, light duty vehicles)Administering the documentation for certifiable fixed equipment, maintaining master data for fixed and mobile equipment.

    Responsible to Maintain a safe working environment, promoting a strong safety culture, following and communicating all safety guidelines when required, and ensuring safety compliance under legislation and Corporate requirementsEnter/update/review and ensure consistency of counter readings (mileage, hours) for ready-mix trucks, light duty vehicles and yellow equipmentUpdate, run, review and distribute weekly PMRsCreate/process/maintain work orders -preventive or corrective- ensuring documentation is attached and counter readings updated if/when necessaryCreate purchase requisitions for Maintenance and Operations teamsAllocate purchased items to work orders and/or Purchase orders (goods receipts, service entries)Maintain master data for all equipment (create, update, retire equipment) and ensure consistency with other systems (SAP, Command, TrackIT, GeoTab, etc)Administer Licensing and help coordinate safetying of all fleet equipment, including updating required information for licensing and operating (license plates, ownerships, transponders, etc)Administer Licensing, certification and/or Safetying of designated fixed equipment (boilers, water heaters, water meters, scales, etc)Assist in KPIs and cost tracking and reportingAdminister Licensing documentation and OH&S certifications of shops, tools and technicians and skilled trades persons in the Maintenance teamOther duties as assigned

    Requirements:
    Strong planning and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsCustomer Service focusGood problem solving skills, and ability to work under pressureHigh level of technical understanding preferred (mobile and fixed equipment)

    Work Experience: 3-5 years experience in fleet/equipment administration and/or management preferredGood knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, and SAP or similar systems preferred

    Computer Skills:
    Computer literate for all MS Office software. SAP knowledge would be an asset
