Description
We are looking to add to our outstanding team of employees. We have an immediate opening for a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator.

The position requires the individual to program and operate a CNC Machine. The team member will be responsible to ensure accurate parts are produced in a consistent manner. Experience in CAD is a definite asset. Coordinate parts with the production team to ensure quality products are produced. Responsible for maintaining equipment and clean around your work space. Knowledge to build cabinets as well as the ability to build cabinets is a preference. Knowledge of operating other woodworking equipment is an asset. The individual should have 2 years minimum experience. Knowledge of AWMAC standards is an asset to the programing of components that need to be produced.


Qualifications:


  • Woodworking/ Cabinetry background would be an asset
  • Auto Cad experience will be necessary
  • Work in a Metric environment
  • Must be able to work alone
  • Must be able to handle weights of 20 lbs on a constant bases
  • A forklift license is an asset but not a requirement
  • Must have your transportation
Duties

  • Programming
  • Maintenance of the CNC
  • Communicate and Coordinate work with Supervisors and fellow employees
  • Running highquality Components to specifications
  • Run Edge bander or another machine when needed
  • Capable of making shop drawings
  • Check the cutlist with programs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
