    School District No. 6 (Rocky Mountain) is now accepting applications for:

    Non-Certified Teacher Teaching On Call

    Edgewater Elementary, Windermere Elementary, Martin Morigeau Elementary, JA Laird Elementary, Eileen Madson Primary, David Thompson Secondary and Open Doors

    Effective immediately

    Non-Certified Teachers Teaching on Call will be hired on a daily basis to replace Teachers where no Certified Teacher is available. The daily wage is $356 - $438 commensurate with education and experience.

    Successful Applicant Must:

    possess a Bachelor's degree or Trades Certificate;

    apply for a Letter of Permission (including a Criminal Record Check) with the BC Teachers Regulation Branch;

    have commitment to and capacity for collaboration to meet the needs of all students;

    have demonstrated effective communication with students, colleagues and parents;

    have excellent interpersonal skills;

    have a knowledge of and a willingness to work with current technology.

    have a commitment and capacity to collaborate with district staff to promote positive mental health and social and emotional wellbeing.
