Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage patient scheduling with a focus on adopting efficiencies and leveraging software to maximize efficiency and expedite the booking process.
Answer telephones and maintain ongoing correspondence with referral sources and clients.
Efficiently organize, update, and maintain accurate records and databases.
Qualifications:
While relevant experience and education in healthcare may be given preference, we equally prioritize cultural fit, character, and a strong work ethic.
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of technological solutions to enhance administrative efficiency and workflow.
