Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Brampton Positioning Technology location.

Duties & Responsibilities

Greet & assist customer walk in and phone traffic
Handle incoming and outgoing service for our bench service repair facility
Handle showroom sales of boxed product & accessories
Track inventory levels, make recommendations and stock showroom
Build an inside sales business and expand product offerings
Assist customers with product decisions, recommendations and demonstrations
Handle rental equipment preparation, order fulfillment, track and perform rental billing, maintain rental inventory including return equipment validation
Put together parts orders for outside sales and prep for pick up
Order and track all parts for field service
Order and track all parts for bench service.
Work with service staff to ensure fill rate goals are achieved
Assist with picking, packing parts for shipment
Perform tasks requested by the manager
Locate inventory in the proper location, assist with binning of showroom, enter related information into ERP system
Count inventory as required including cycle counting
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Assist with month end billing for both sales and service as required
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

Must have good positive communication skills and good attendance
Must be able to work under mínimal supervision
Must be able to maintain good customer relations and be customer focused
Must show out of box thinking, creativity and be a voice to champion our growth goals
Strong organization skills are a must
Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Work
Must be willing to display good judgement and be a team player.
