District Manager, Rabba Fine Foods

We are currently looking for an individual who is obsessed with providing a best in class shopping experience, is passionate about leading a team and developing talent.

The District Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores within their assigned territory. You are accountable for executing all required duties to ensure deliverables are met.

The District Manager will be responsible for the operational activities for 12-18 stores including recruitment, employee development, training, merchandising and inventory management.

You will also have responsibility with assisting in store openings and meeting key metrics. You will lead store managers and indirectly a team of approximately ten (10) or more employees for each store.

Operations Manager


Role Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:
On a daily basis you will be
responsible for:

  • Assist in the direction and supervision of all stores within assigned territory.
  • Manage resources to maximize results and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
  • Hiring, training coaching and directing staff at all levels to ensure our customer service and store standards are being executed.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators including overall sales, category sales, staff productivity, shrink, stock turns; and develop action plans to bridge gaps.
  • Conduct daily store visits while completing assessments and providing action plans as required.
  • Enforce promotional programs and ensure timely execution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure store managers are executing all company standards and adhering to government legislation.
  • Participate in assigned projects and other duties as assigned.

Educational /Technical Experience:


  • Post Secondary education in business management is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management environment
  • Ability to work with technology
  • A current valid driver's license.
