We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

You will help us find leads and early adopters for our start-ups by experimenting and iterating on position messaging and acquisition channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build, execute and optimise multichannel demand generation campaigns for all funnel stages, with early focus on topoffunnel activities
  • Develop hypotheses and experiments to increase outbound generated leads.
  • Manage our CRM (Hubspot) and perform data hygiene
  • Refine our positioning and sales enablement content
  • Experience in coldcalling leads

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of B2B experience within a lead generation function.
  • You have demonstrated significant measurable results and working knowledge of other lead or demand generation tasks for which you may have yet to be responsible.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing multichannel leadgeneration campaigns and programs
  • Big picture thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly understand overall business objectives.
  • Create wellaligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in making datadriven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Strong technical skills with web, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for digital and leadgeneration marketing.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ambitious, with a desire to expand experiences to grow and learn.
  • Able to own growth projects
  • Able to manage outbound BDRs either inhouse or through an agency by building and monitoring activity dashboards, funnel conversion metrics and auditing call logs.
