Job summary
The Client Accounting Administrator provides administration and customer support services to the Single and Multi-Employer Group Benefit Plans within the Group Benefits Administration team.To be successful as a Client Accounting Administrator with Coughlin & Associates Ltd you will need: A minimum of 1 year of post-secondary education in a related field, such as Business Administration, Benefits Administration or Accounting is required. A combination of required education and a minimum of 1 year related experience are expected.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to all Benefit Solutions clients and members in our Coughlin - Ottawa office
- Enable the smooth operation and administration of all Benefit Solutions / Coughlin - Ottawa client plans
- Provide timely customer service support
