Customer Engagement Ambassador/Internal Service Advisor to join the Team
. With a focus on to providing extraordinary customer communications and service for the department, this position will champion customer relationships, dealership vehicle repair orders, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

About the opportunity
As an integral part of the team, this position will deliver world-class customer experiences through detailed and intentional programs


Specifically:

  • Identify, implement and review for continuous improvement plans relating to customer service, and sales and service department standard operating procedures
  • Organize and lead continuous improvement meetings
  • Monitor customer feedback, and address issues and/or concerns
  • Monitor dealership social media sites
  • Monitor customer satisfaction training participation
  • Work with the vehicle sales department to ensure that purchased vehicles are readied for presentation to the customer; open/close repair orders and assign work to Technicians
  • Work closely with service and parts departments to arrange for vehicle service and parts/accessory installation predelivery of vehicle to customer

About you

  • Postsecondary education
- at least three (3) years automotive retail/dealership experience in the service department, preferably as a service advisor or administrator
- proven experience as a customer service champion
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- proven ability to influence change and effectively lead projects
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to develop processes and plans
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
