Description
We are seeking a Tile installation assistant to join our team You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area, inventory material, assist in installation related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Keep work areas clean and organized
Perform heavy lifts of equipment and debris
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize and inventory material
Maintain and clean tools
Use of tools such as grinders, tile cutters, saws and various other equipment
Mixing and spreading mortar to tiles and the installations areas
Assist in floor preparation for tile installation or levelling
Qualifications:
Previous experience in flooring, construction or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to take instruction
Team player
Dependability
Excellent communication
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
Flooring Installation: 1 year (required)
Tile Setting: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location:
