" Pro-Line is a leading Canadian owned automation and machine building company with operations in both Canada and the USA. With steady growth over the years, we are looking for additional Machine Fitter/Mechanical Assembler.

Machine Fitter will work on a wide range of Machines and sub-assemblies.

A variety of work will be assigned, including, but not limited to inspection, mechanical and electrical testing, main assembly, sub-assembly, and part modification.

Responsibilities:

Perform critical precision alignment and setups of mechanical components and systems and take measures to ensure integrity of the setup
Assemble mechanical components and products according to blueprints, schematics and work instructions and machine building operations
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers to perform assembly tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
Maintain cleanliness in work area and adhere to occupational health and safety standards

Experience/Qualifications:

3+ years of Machine Building experience in, Heavy equipment, Large Industrial Systems and Automation or Tooling Automation
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Millwright License, Licensed Tool Maker, General Machinist an Asset
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Salary:
$21.00-$28.00 per hour
