We are currently looking for a Customer Service/Sales Associate to join our North York team.

The main goal for our Associates is to interact and engage with customers in an effort to increase brand awareness on behalf of our clients.

Our team is dedicated to providing a live promotional platform as a primary resource to our clients.

That way, we can make a direct connection with customers to advertise and promote the products and services of our clients.

We work alongside Fortune 500 companies across Canada to make this happen.

Over the years we have found that people with experience in Retail, Sales, Customer Service, and/or the Restaurant industries will excel in this position.

We will provide hands on training in all the following areas:

• Promotional Advertising
• Customer Service and Client Relations
• Brand Marketing
• Campaign Management
• Public Relations
• Teaching and Training others

Responsibilities:

• Regularly set up and execute promotional events and the sales and customer services that will take place
• Be responsible for the problem solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests at these venues
• Build client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approach
• Get your hands dirty with team building, growth, and expansion efforts

Compensation:

Employees will be paid an hourly wage starting at 2900$ a month plus bonuses.


Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• 12 years' experience in retail customer service or management, retail events, event planning/event coordinating, promotional marketing, field marketing, brand promotions, and other environments providing retail customer service or promotional marketing support an asset.
• Must be a selfstarter, creative, flexible, and possess the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable approaching, engaging, and speaking to the general public on a regular basis.
• Positive, energetic personality capable of working in a fastpaced environment.
• Regular access to a vehicle is essential.
• Must be looking for full time hours (40 per week)

Pay:
From $34,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Toronto, ON M4G 3A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
