Job summary

We are seeking a File Clerk to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for document management and digitization, tax document processing, internal communication and workflow coordination, and client document handling.

Key responsibilities include scanning and digitizing physical documents, maintaining organized digital filing systems,

uploading tax documents into firm systems,

notifying designated team members when documents require action,

and managing return of client documents by coordinating courier or mail arrangements as needed

.

This is a contractual role with an expected hourly rate of $20/hour.
