- Permanent, Hybrid Role (minimum 2 days per week onsite).
- Threat and Vulnerability Management:
- Monitor and analyze security posture continuously.
- Assess vulnerabilities, create mitigation strategies, and conduct tests.
- Lead red team/blue team exercises to enhance incident response.
- Evaluate new application security and software.
- Device Management and Integration:
- Audit network and Operational Technology equipment security regularly.
- Cloud Security:
- Secure our cloud environment by monitoring activities and responding to threats.
- Ensure data and applications integrity in the cloud.
- Manage Microsoft Defender in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM):
- Utilize Microsoft Sentinel for real-time threat detection and response.
- Incident Response:
- Lead incident response team and collaborate to enhance cybersecurity defenses.
- Conduct security discussions and document incidents.
- Collaborate with the purple team for improved response capabilities.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate technical cybersecurity updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to cybersecurity team.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
- Attend training and obtain certifications for professional development.
- Analytical mindset to tackle challenges effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Proficiency in French.
- Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP or CIMS.
- IT security governance experience.
- Familiarity with security frameworks like CIS, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001.
