Property Crew Public Spaces Role Overview
The Property Crew Public Spaces role is designed to ensure the Corporate Objectives of maximizing profitability and Owner, Guest & Staff happiness for their resort by following the 3V Philosophy of Visibility, Velocity and Value.
The Property Crew Public Spaces is a strong safety driver, profit focused and people oriented by providing a clean, safe, well-maintained resort.
A Great Blue Resorts Property Crew Public Spaces is responsible to participate in maintaining the resort to a clean, safe and well-maintained standard which enhances owner and guest enjoyment.
A strong Property Crew Public Spaces member may have some understanding of water treatment and pool maintenance. They are responsible for maintenance processes and health and safety regulations.The goal is to ensure the resort facilities are well cared for and adequate to support the resorts' business operations.
Skills:
The Property Crew Public Spaces must possess strong time management and some mechanical skills. Other strength/requirements affiliated with the position may include Propane exchange certification, boaters card/license.
A firm understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Legislation and Fire safety legislation is also a requirement of the role.
Responsibilities/ AccountabilitiesThe Property Crew Public Spaces is responsible for achieving Happiness of Owner, Guest & Staff through strategic people and property management.

b. Positive Social Media reviews
c. Thank You communications from Owners and Guests
- Property management
Duties include:
a. Grounds
b. Works closely with the Property Maintenance team.
c. 100% compliance with Health & Safety requirements
d. Raking the Beach daily
e. Clearing seaweed from the beach and shoreline
f. Garbage collection/pickup
g. Pick up Branches
h. Minor landscaping
i. Stocking the firewood in the Welcome Centre
Driver's license G or G2 class required to drive Golfcarts and Mules
Wage based on Experience $17-$20
