DOMOLYNX is a subsidiary of NEO SMART BLINDS, a leading company in motorized window coverings.

We specialize in offering a complete range of residential energy storage solutions, including solar energy storage systems, battery storage systems, and outdoor portable power stations.


Position Description:
(Full-Time Job)

The Technical Sales Manager also serves as the project lead for sales initiatives.

As the direct point of contact for customer sales and inquiries, you will recommend products based on their needs, explain product information, and address all customer questions regarding products and after-sales services.

You will also be responsible for tracking the entire project lifecycle, from customer inquiry and quoting to installation and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Address customer inquiries, provide expert advice on energy solutions for homes.
  • Design customized energy solutions and provide accurate quotations.
  • Assist customers in obtaining product installation permits.
  • Understand local government permits and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated on new industry policies, regulations, and incentives.
  • Coordinate installation tasks and oversee project timelines.
  • Promptly address customer postsales issues.
  • Additional responsibilities may be adjusted as per the company's needs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in fields like Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 23 years of experience in the solar or energy storage related industry with indepth knowledge of industry technologies and trends.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong sales awareness and project management skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken French, English, and customer communication.

Salary:
$20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
