Description
Courtesy Collisions is part of the Olympic Auto Group, with over 30 dealerships, across 7 Canadian time zones, and more than 750 team members strong. We are looking for a Parts Shipper / Receiver.
- Put warranty parts away on warranty shelves making sure every part is tagged
- Receive stock, battery and tire orders and put away in proper bin locations
- Pick, pack, label and ship out of town body shop orders with various listed couriers
- Restock parts department shelves when empty
- Process body shop returns and create bin locations in system to put parts into stock
- Return warranty parts to Subaru Canada for inspection when necessary
- Pick, pack, label and send back quarterly obsolescence and core returns to Subaru Canada
- Create bin locations in system for new inventory coming into stock
- Perform daily bin checks to make sure quantities of parts on hand are accurate
- Help out other parts advisors picking parts from stock for technicians if asked
- Process damage and short shipment claims for credit with Subaru Canada when required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to lift up to approx 50lbs pounds
- Must be physically able to stand for periods of time throughout the day
- Must show the ability to use pallet jacks and dollies to move around parts
- Must be organized in fast paced settings
- Must possess a class 5 driver's license
