Marketing Manager, Home Equity Finance


What is the opportunity?


This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Home Equity Finance (HEF) acquisition team to drive growth for the RBC mortgage business.


In this role you will collaborate with the HEF business (product), cross-functional channel partners and external agencies to drive marketing initiatives that deliver strong acquisition results.


What will you do?

  • Contribute to the overall HEF acquisition marketing strategy, and GTM marketing plans
  • Lead campaign planning, creative briefing and execution with all internal channel partners (Retail & DM&S etc) ensuring creative output delivers onbrief/strategy.
  • Review project/campaign performance metrics, understanding impact to business results and make recommendations to optimize campaign tactics for optimal efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional internal teams acting as a main marketing point person to ensure flawless execution of agile offer programs; impact and influence key business team stakeholders
  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns + results tracking/reporting
  • Oversee daytoday budget management, forecasting, tracking and reporting for entire HEF marketing team

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Experience building and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication + project management skills effectively articulate and sell through ideas while multitasking
  • Solid understanding of fullfunnel marketing with a focus on digital implementationa strong creative insight and get stuff done approach
  • Strong budget management + attention to detail as it relates to budget forecasting, tracking and reporting
  • Proficiency in campaign reporting; ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights

Nice-to-have

  • Financial services experience and/or experience working in large matrix organizations.
  • A growth mind set + strategic thinker; the ability to focus on a big picture and connect the dots
  • Creative and/or media Agency experience
