SIN Structures Inc., a division of Steelcon Group of Companies, in St.

Catharines, Ontario is seeking a Maintenance/Repair Co-Ordinator for day shift with relevant industry experience to augment our team and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

As a Maintenance/RepairCo-Ordinator you will contribute to the team by:

Reviewing and scheduling repairs related to shop equipment
Review and schedule repairs relating to the building/shop
Scheduling for the maintenance team
Creating a maintenace program for our equipment and building systems
Quoting, ordering and tracking parts
Creating purchase requistions for review and approval, as well as purchase orders for any repairs
Organizing all equipment repairs
Prepare and maintain yearly budgets

You will bring the following to the role:

Basic understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, sprinkler,roofing, overhead doors)
Basic understanding of equipment operation
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Intermediate or advanced computer skills
Physically capable of reviewing issues that require repair
Strong planning and organizational skills
High stress tolerance
Takes initiative
