Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for both Hibou Design and Hibou Home.
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage and create content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest for both brands.
  • Develop and maintain social media advertising budgets.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other brands for partnerships.
  • Website Management
  • Oversee the maintenance and updates of both Hibou Design and Hibou Home websites.
  • Monitor website analytics and work with the SEO team to optimize performance.
  • Content Creation
  • Create and post engaging content, including static posts, stories, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Coordinate and conduct photoshoots for Hibou Design, ensuring highquality visual content.
  • Public Relations
  • Manage communications with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide project information, graphics, and narratives for PR purposes.
  • Prepare the principal designer for PR events, shows, and collaborations.
  • Marketing Campaigns
  • Lead the development and execution of holiday promotions, sales, and store events.
  • Organize and coordinate events such as 5à7s and popups.
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Monthly reporting on the growth of exposure, sales, and content across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars approved monthly in advance.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of marketing experience.
  • 35 years of experience running ads on Meta and Instagram.
  • 35 years of graphic design experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience on Shopify.
  • Understanding of SEO analytics and the ability to communicate with an SEO team.
  • Proficient with Canva.
  • Experience with Mailchimp is a plus.
  • Inline with Hibou Design's aesthetic.
  • Creative and outsidethebox thinker.
  • Analytical with the ability to assess progress.
  • Able to selfmanage time effectively.
  • Comfortable with change and pivoting.
  • Bilingual, able to produce content in both French and English.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Education:


  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Canva: 1 year (preferred)
  • Shopify: 1 year (preferred)
  • Mailchimp: 1 year (preferred)
