Rogers is seeking a
Salesforce Technical Delivery Lead - you will be working on projects supporting Rogers Business Organization ensuring quality and on-time delivery of assigned deliverables.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Development, you will be accountable and responsible for providing technical solutions on the Salesforce Platform, leading & guiding the team and developing solutions for our Enterprise Business partners.

What you will be doing

  • Design and or Review Solution Design and works collaboratively with Solution Architects and crossfunctional agile and non agile teams to ensure HLD/MLD and Detail Designs are aligned with User Stories.
  • Ensure Detailed Solution is documented and reviewed within the team and crossfunctional teams and stakeholders as part of demo or on addhoc basis.
  • Ensure Solutions and Processes are auditable and compliant with Organization Security Policy.
  • Lead the Standards (coding and otherwise) as agreed within the crossfunctional Tech Lead Forum and proactively raise topics for improvements.
  • Lead the Scrum development team and be first point of contact for Code, Configuration and Solution within the Scope of Scrum Team.
  • Lead Development and Deployments, support production and nonproduction environments of the Scrum Team.
  • Mentor Developers and monitor performance to improve team effectiveness and identifies areas of improvement and plan for additional training.
  • Proactively review backlog for next sprints to identify technical challenges, dependencies and feasibility.
  • Proactively reviews priorities for the PI and provides estimations (points, complexity) during PI Planning (and Sprints).
  • Development of new features in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), including but not limited to new Apex Triggers, Classes, Validation Rules, omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, data raptors and LWC.
  • Design, Development and maintenance of complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Promotes quality, innovation, teamwork, and timely communication of issues / opportunities.
  • Builds trusted relationships throughout IT organization to enable delivery of client requirements.
What you have

  • 1+ years professional experience administering/Experience in Salesforce Industry Products i.e. (CPQ, EPC, Order Management), Apttus/Conga CPQ/CLM, Service Cloud Voice.
  • Hands on Code Optimization, Integration Experience i.e. SOAP, REST, Outbound Messages etc with Third Party.


  • Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications
  • Experience using versioning control/continuous integrations tools such as ANT, Git, Copado.
  • Ability to work independently to meet project requirements.
  • Effective communicator both oral and written, with the ability to frame technology issues in business terms.
  • Creates clear and coherent written materials.
  • Be Flexible to understand and balance timelines, technical challenges with legacy data and constraints.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment with aptitude for achieving results.
