Position Overview:

As a Sales Account Representative with us, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts.
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions to maximize satisfaction.
• Assisting the sales team in achieving revenue targets through effective account management.
• Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support to clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
• Identifying opportunities for account growth and presenting new offerings to clients.
• Proven experience in account management, sales support, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients.
• Understanding client needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is preferred.
• Familiarity with the trucking or automotive industry is a plus.
• Fluency in French would be an asset.

Pay:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
