Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

Proven experience in product management, innovation, or planning roles within the industrial water treatment sector.
Strong understanding of water treatment technologies, industrial processes, and market dynamics
Demonstrated strength in engaging directly with customers to identify needs and barriers
Experience in leading crossfunctional collaboration to drive the development of innovative solutions
Ability to travel up to 25% to global destinations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS)
Experience with industrial water treatment process including filtration, UV and ozonation
Experience developing and communicating strategic product plans with a focus on longterm business growth.
Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and drive projects from concept to completion.
