Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans and budgets in alignment with franchise goals, driving operational excellence and growth.
  • Lead staffing, HR, and client service initiatives to ensure exceptional care and service delivery.

  • Uphold ethical standards and company policies while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Education/Experience Requirements:


  • University degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Four to ten years of relevant business experience, demonstrating leadership and growth.
  • RPN or PSW experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Confident and effective communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
