***Tempo Electrical Project Coordinator provides administrative work for the project manager. The coordinator is responsible for document management/control, communication, overseeing cost activities to assist the project manager on construction projects of all sizes.

POSITION LOCATION

This position will be based out of our office in Edmonton Alberta, and throughout Edmonton for site visits.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Misc. Purchasing coordinated with project manager.
Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
Material receiving and inventory
Tracking of installed quantities & timesheets
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Documenting QA/QC compliance & managing turnover packages
Marking up drawings with As-Built changes
Change order research and takeoffs
Assisting in project scheduling
QA/QC
Document Control

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants preferred to be a certified Journeyperson Electrician but not required

EXPERIENCE

Applicants must have construction experience (multiresidential and commercial electrical experience an asset)
Supervisory and quality control experience is an asset
Bluebeam Revu experience an asset but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (word, Excel etc)

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES

Must possess a valid nonGDL class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Meticulous recordkeeping skills
Capable of working independently with mínimal direction
Possesses an eye for detail
Proactively seeks and accomplishes tasks that lead to a safe, efficient, and productive work environment

Wage
