Description

Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. currently an immediate opening for
General Laborer (Traffic Control) position.

  • Work directly with Traffic Control Coordinator and HSE department for the traffic control requirements on various projects.
  • Assist in maintaining site signage reports.
  • Assist with setting up traffic control signage.
  • Pick up traffic control signage upon project completion.
  • Assist with setting up temporary construction fencing.
  • Dismantle and pick up temporary construction fencing upon project completion.
  • Complete onsite traffic control and flagging as needed.
  • Assist with site cleanup upon project completion.
  • May be required to perform duties outside of normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.

Job Requirements:


  • Experience with City of Calgary Traffic Control requirements.
  • Traffic flagging experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to do minor repairs as needed.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and proven team work skills.
  • Practical, flexible and innovative approach to work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
