- You will oversee our sustainability channels and vendors and work through delivery and vendor management.
- You will research new innovative eco-friendly initiatives for the team and showcase them as possibilities.
- Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of messaging and initiatives across all channels.
- Collaborate with our diverse team, including baristas and other staff members, to gather content and stories for social media, showcasing the collective effort and making our audience feel part of our sustainability community. Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, sustainability, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations, with a passion for coffee and sustainability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, with experience using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and design.

Role Overview:
As the Social Media and Sustainability Coordinator, you will play a key role in amplifying our brand's message across various social media platforms while aligning with our coffee and coffee culture sustainability goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that engage our audience, raise awareness about our sustainability initiatives, and drive meaningful conversations around environmental and social issues. You'll lead our Instagram & social media efforts, engaging our audience with mouthwatering latte art, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and stories about our commitment to sustainability.
