We're looking for a Learning & Development Consultant - Facilitation to join our growing team

As a
Learning & Development Consultant in Facilitation
, your work will have a big impact on the achievement of our company goals.

People will count on you to be an energetic and creative individual who can deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in an ever changing, fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position based in any Intact Insurance office across Canada, excluding Quebec.

What you'll do here:

Deliver interactive and engaging in person or virtual training sessions to brokers and employees
Update training content based on new business needs, processes, or procedures.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to determine training needs which support the organization's objectives.
Analyze issues and results of existing training programs and suggest improvement strategies.
Participate and assist in developing recommendations or projects regarding future training programs.

What you bring to the table:

Experience working as a broker preferred
Minimum 5 years of insurance knowledge in Personal lines and/or Commercial lines
Strong facilitation and coaching skills inline with adult education methodologies
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
Hands on knowledge of virtual facilitation platforms such as Teams or Zoom
A positive attitude and champion for change
Strong team collaboration skills
