    The Opportunity

  • Preparing and developing engineering drawings, models, sketches, and other documents within a BIM focused environment.
  • Help manage in-coming and out-going model and drawing information.
  • Co-ordinating work with other disciplines.
  • Troubleshoot problems that arise in a rapidly changing project environment.
  • Working directly with engineering colleagues and other professionals.
  • Ensure proper QA/QC protocols are implemented.
  • Develop software skills necessary to be successful in their project assignments.

    Qualifications:

    Required

  • Currently enrolled/have obtained a Certification in BIM Management
  • Currently enrolled/have an associate or bachelor's degree program in civil engineering.
  • Students actively enrolled within co-operative learning program at their respective University or College will be prioritized.
  • Experience in AutoCAD and/or Microstation.
  • Knowledge of Civil 3D, Bentley InRoads/OpenRoads.
  • Knowledge of coordination tools: Navisworks, Bluebeam, Revisto.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools: ACC/BIM360, SharePoint, ProjectWise.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
  • Preferred

  • Experience in Revit is an asset.
  • Knowledge of ISO19650.
  • Previous experience in the AEC industry.
