What will you be doing as a customer Experience Specialist?

Greet clients, answer calls, and process sales
Assist with boat dropoff/pickup and invoicing
Coordinate service appointments and technician tasks
Provide phone troubleshooting and maximize sales
Conduct customer orientations and followup programs
Handle parts inquiries and sales
Organize store display and process shipments
Assist with administrative tasks and data entry
Perform cleaning, deliveries, and light mechanical tasks
Participate in inventory counts and training
Assist with yard cleanup

What are we looking for in a Customer Experience Specialist?

Genuine and Positive Communicator, creating memorable customer experiences with positive language and genuine interactions.
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities, assisting service clients with troubleshooting over the phone and efficiently scheduling service appointments as needed.
Outstanding Collaboration Skills, working seamlessly with teams to prioritize and solve customer issues, saving time and effort through effective teamwork.
Adaptability to New Technology and Processes, thriving in environments with evolving technology and processes.
Experience in a Similar Role, demonstrating a proven track record in customer service or related field.

Salary:

$20 - $23 Hourly based on experience
