REPORTS TO:

Manager on Duty, Kitchen Supervisor**
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:To prepare all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely and to ensure that it is served at appropriate temperature.


What we are looking for from you:

  • Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.
  • Understand cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills
  • Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm in a fastpaced environment
  • Must be organized and selfmotivated
  • Ensure a wellstocked workstation and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
  • Comply with applicable sanitary, health and personal hygiene standards
  • Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift and carry heavy material
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, KM or GM
Full-time and Part-time hours are available.

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in kitchens or another related role.
