REPORTS TO:
Manager on Duty, Kitchen Supervisor**
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:To prepare all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely and to ensure that it is served at appropriate temperature.
What we are looking for from you:
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Understand cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm in a fastpaced environment
- Must be organized and selfmotivated
- Ensure a wellstocked workstation and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
- Comply with applicable sanitary, health and personal hygiene standards
- Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift and carry heavy material
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, KM or GM
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in kitchens or another related role.
