À titre de membre de l'équipe ESS, notre stagiaire sera amené(e) à travailler dans plusieurs sphères d'activités et avec diverses clientèles : conseillers ESS, superviseurs, employés d'usine, spécialiste de procédés, dans un environnement syndical.
Participer aux analyses de risques SSE sur les postes de travail;Être inscrit dans une université canadienne pendant toute la durée de votre stage
~ Poursuivre des études en santé Sécurité, en gestion des ressources humaines, en relations industrielles
~ Excellentes compétences en communication en français (parlé/écrit).
~ Anglais fonctionnel
~ Connaissance de la suite Office (Power Point, Word, Excel et Teams).
~ Comme notre stagiaire sera appelé à faire de la sensibilisation, le (la) stagiaire doit démontrer une facilité à s'exprimer et à vulgariser l'information.

As a member of the EHS team, our intern will be required to work in several spheres and with various clienteles: Other EHS advisors, committees, supervisors, plant employees in a union environment.
Ensure the implementation of the activities of the SSE action plan;Participate in HSE risk assesment
Support the implementation of the communication and mobilization plan to promote employee awareness, motivation and participation in prevention and OHS;
Be enrolled in a Canadian university for the entire duration of your internship.
~ Training in industrial relations (Health and Safety) is required or demonstration of experience in the field.
~ Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).
~ Functional English
~ Knowledge of the Office suite (Power Point, Word, Excel and Teams
