Overview:


As a Leader Services Specialist, you will spend your time primarily working with the Leader Recruitment Team to attract top talent to join our "Better Together" team at Trillium Health Partners.

We want you to bring your enthusiasm and ideas for strategic talent management to support our recruitment initiatives and being an employer of choice in healthcare.


Accountabilities:


  • Support our hiring leader decision process through by executing the reference process directly and with a third party provider
  • Design effective and meaningful interview guides and prepare interview packages
  • Help the team stay organized by maintaining electronic files/job folders for Recruitment
  • Play a vital role in assisting with developing and delivering recruitment initiatives including but not limited to job fairs, student recruitment initiatives, etc.
  • Help the team know where people are by maintaining contracts in a up to date format
  • Support with tracking, analytics and Leadership Reporting so we can tell the full story about what we do and how we do it
  • Maintain weekly Vacancy report in partnership with the Consultant, Talent Management
  • Help manage external vendor relationships when needed
  • Provide administrative support to the department as required
  • Develop innovative ideas to help improve processes, find efficiencies, and create synergies between Leader Services and other functions at THP
  • Perform other duties as required

Here's what you need to have:

  • Proven track record to anticipate and deliver on internal and external client needs
  • Superior organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively when appropriate
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume workload to meet required deadlines
  • Background and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar databases
  • Able to perform under changing and tight deadlines
  • A strong ability to see tasks though to a point of successful completion leveraging project management skills
  • Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is an asset

Location:


We offer employees, in roles that are conducive to remote work, the flexibility and the right mix of remote and in-office work (approximately 80/20).

Acknowledging that the primary works space will be remote work from home, but there will be times when onsite presence is appropriate just as there will be times when onsite presence may not be possible.


The expectation is that remote work locations, as part of the Flex First program, will be in the employee's place of residence, and adhere to all THP policies and procedures, with special consideration towards privacy.
