- Provide operational direction and oversight on implementing programs and policies for the Agro Centre in the areas of brand, customer service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery
- Build strong customer relationships and oversee the execution of sales strategies for the Agro Centre through managing and growing current customers and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- Oversee the execution of marketing and merchandising including displays, promotions, and pricing
- Ensure standards are achieved on all safety, environmental, and asset protection policies and procedures and overseeing the safe handling and storage of inventory and equipment for the location
- Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to pricing, sales margins, expenses, and inventory
- Provide leadership to the Agro Centre team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members
- You have a Degree in Agriculture
- You have 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience or a combination of education and experience
- You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
