Naturopathic Doctor (ND) – Join Our Multidisciplinary Clinic in Penticton, BC

Spokes Clinic | Full-Time or Part-Time

Spokes Clinic is a well-established, full-service naturopathic and integrative health clinic located in the heart of Penticton. We are currently seeking a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our dynamic and collaborative team of holistic healthcare providers.

We provide a welcoming, professional environment where you can grow your practice, connect with other healthcare professionals, and be part of a team that values integrative care.

Our clinic offers a broad range of services including:

  • IV nutrient therapy
  • Therapeutic injections such as prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and neural therapy
  • Cosmetic injectables, including Botox for aesthetic and therapeutic use

This is a great opportunity to work in a thriving, supportive environment with a consistent flow of patients and cross-referrals from an established team.

Compensation Structure

  • This position operates on a percentage-based fee split structure, allowing you to earn based on the revenue you generate.

What this means for you:

  • Competitive percentage split (based on experience and services offered)
  • Strong earning potential with an established patient base and internal referrals
  • No overhead costs for reception, booking systems, or utilities
  • Transparent structure that rewards productivity and clinical growth

This model is ideal for practitioners who want autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to scale their income while benefiting from a fully supported clinical environment.

What We Provide

  • Fully equipped, modern treatment rooms (including IV and injection suites)
  • IV nutrient therapy setup and supplies infrastructure
  • Electronic booking, charting, and telehealth systems
  • Full reception and administrative support (patient communication, scheduling, payments)
  • Established clinic reputation and marketing presence
  • Consistent patient flow and cross-referrals from an integrative team
  • A collaborative and professional work culture

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed and in good standing with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC (CNPBC)
  • Prescriptive Authority a must for the successful candidate
  • Experience and/or certification in IV therapy, prolotherapy/PRP, and cosmetic Botox is preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
  • Professional, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
  • Comfortable working independently and within a multidisciplinary setting
  • Interested in long-term practice growth and building meaningful patient relationships

The Ideal Candidate will have a special interest and clinical experience in the following areas:

1. Hormone Balancing and Bioidentical Hormone Therapy

This includes support for menopausal symptoms, PMS, adrenal fatigue, and thyroid disorders. It is especially in demand among women over 35 and aging adults who are seeking natural options for energy, mood, and metabolic support.

2. Aesthetic Naturopathy and Natural Cosmetic Treatments

Treatments such as microneedling, PRP, and botanical-based skincare solutions to help those individuals seeking natural anti-aging and skin rejuvenation options.

3. Women's Health

Naturopathic support for menstrual irregularities, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause, and menopausal transition is a core area of interest for many who seek our care.

4. Mental Health and Stress Management

This includes support for anxiety, depression, burnout, and sleep issues using natural treatments such as adaptogens, supplements, and lifestyle strategies. Many of our professionals, students, and parents are seeking alternatives to conventional medications.

5. Digestive Health and Food Sensitivity Testing

Common concerns include IBS, bloating, reflux, and chronic inflammation.

6. Functional and Preventative Medicine

Focuses on identifying root causes of chronic symptoms and creating personalized plans to prevent disease. This approach appeals to those who want proactive, individualized care rather than symptom-based treatment.

7. IV Nutrient Therapy

Used to support energy levels, immunity, hydration, and recovery from illness or physical stress. This service is popular among athletes, busy professionals, and wellness-focused individuals looking for fast, effective nutrient absorption.

8. Sports Medicine and Injury Recovery

Includes therapies such as prolotherapy, acupuncture, and laser therapy to support healing from injuries. With the active lifestyle prevalent in the Okanagan, there is strong demand among athletes, cyclists, hikers, and skiers.

9. Detoxification and Weight Loss Support

Structured detox programs, metabolic health support, and guided weight loss plans remain popular, especially among individuals looking to reset their health after holidays or before summer.
